Q  Is an electric fireplace the right environmental choice?
A  An electric fireplace is the ONLY environmentally friendly choice. Every other fireplace that uses gas or wood or pellet must be burning a serious amount of fuel to create the fireplace ambience. An electric fireplace gives you a choice. Use it with or without heat at anytime of the year.
Q  What is the energy efficiency of an electric fireplace?
A  100%. All the energy supplied from your power point is converted to heat your room. There is no wasted energy lost in a flue or chimney.
Q  Do I need any fuel for a Celsi electric fireplace?
A  No. Simply plug the appliance into a standard electric outlet and its ready to use.
Q  Is an electric fireplace a healthy choice and are there any indoor air quality problems?
A  The electric fireplace is the safest and cleanest choice for you and your family, it emits no pollutants. The heaters simply circulate and heat the air in your room. There is no risk of gas leaks or carbon monoxide and no mold that can be caused by condensation, a problem often found with other forms of heating.
Q  Do I need to replace the bulbs?
A  All Celsi appliances use LED technology, therefore you NEVER have to replace any bulbs.
Q  Is the Celsi electric fireplace different to other electric fireplace?
A  Most definitely yes! The Celsi range of electric fireplaces uses brand new technology with patents applied for in many countries around the world. Nothing else compares to the stunning visual impact you experience when relaxing in front of your Celsi fireplace. The realism is unbelievable.
Q  What is the heat output of the Celsi?
A  The output is controllable from the remote but on high will produce over 5000 BTU’s (1.5kW).
Q  How large a room will the fireplace heat?
A  This really depends on many factors including the extent of insulation and furnishings etc. All rooms are different but typically the fireplace will heat areas up to about 450 square feet.
Q  Is it expensive to run?
A  The Celsi electric fires can be operated with or without heat. Unlike other forms of ‘visual’ heating appliances you can have all the benefit of a beautifully realistic fire without the cost of having the heaters on. Therefore it is an appliance you can use throughout the year at a fraction of the cost. When you do decide to use the heaters – they are 100% efficient.
Q  Does the glass front become hot?
A  No. The glass front always remains safe to touch, however we always recommend that you keep children away from any heat sources.
Q  Do I need a chimney?
A  No. All of our electric fires can be installed without a chimney or flue.
Q  Do you ship internationally?
A  We only ship to the U.S and Canada.
Q  What sort of a warranty do I get with my Celsi?
